Winter Workshop on the Big Island!  Take this time for rest and renewal as you swim with wild dolphins or hang in the hammock while watching migrating whales from the Lanai!  
Imagine 7 nights in a tropical paradise, supported by the sounds of waves crashing over lava rocks, nurtured by delicious organic island cuisine while letting go of stress and tension. We will be staying at Hali Kai, a unique and magical ocean front Balinese style retreat center.  Hali Kai is located in a marine wildlife sanctuary along the South Kona Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii, in the remote beach community of Ho’okena, Hawaii. The waters along this coast are rich in coral reefs, full of tropical fish, sea turtles, wild spinner dolphins and migrating whales.

The workshop, Nourishing the Healer Within, is an intensive week focusing on renewal and restoration of self including QiGong Exercise, Meditation, Movement and Massage, wonderful nurturing food and plenty of personal time.  
 
We will seek to deepen our experience in helping our bodies to achieve balance naturally.  The participants will have the opportunity to:

 - Palpate the CranioSacral rhythm along the spine
 - Perform a Still Point
 - Perform CranioSacral unwinding techniques on the neck
 - Perform exercises to develop their kinesthetic experiences
 - Perform exercises to strengthen their energy and inner connection
 
We are also working on a visit with a native Hawaiian Priest who will share his knowledge about healing in the Hawaiian culture, a trip to swim with and  observe the spinner dolphins in the wild and a day outing to the Wood Valley Buddhist Temple where we hope to have a teaching with the resident Rinchope monk, then take a short drive to the black sand beach where the sea turtles rest!  Keep checking back for developments!  
 
There will plenty of time for snorkeling, swimming, kayaking, exploring, or just relaxing in the hammocks listening to the sounds of the ocean. Once you arrive you won’t want to leave.

Workshop fee is $1595.
Includes: workshops, food and lodging for 7 nights.  The Dolphin Excursion is additional.
