Awakening the Healer Within
This 6 hour workshop is a practical hands on and experiential energetic approach focused on concepts and techniques to deepen our connection with self by touching the healer within ourselves and extending that self to others through touching with awareness.
The workshop addresses techniques used to awaken and strengthen our inner connections to self and others. These simple and natural steps easily help one’s body achieve balance naturally. Participants will be taught to:
Palpate the CranioSacral rhythm
Perform a CranioSacral Still Point Unwinding techniques on the neck
QiGong awakens and balance our energetic and physical bodies
Experience a special meditation to recharge
